All national deliveries are made via the Pallet Line service.
Local deliveries (up to a 40-mile radius of York, North Yorkshire) are made via a local carrier.
Although not always necessary, some Pallet Line depots sometimes ask for help off-loading.
The general rules state that your oak porch will be off-loaded to the side of the delivery vehicle. We find most delivery drivers are amicable in helping you with the oak to your property and would ask if help is made at this time.
Depending on the depot used, delivery may be on a large articulated vehicle. Should you have restricted access to your property, we can ask for a smaller vehicle. Don’t worry, we always ask these type of questions whilst taking an order.
A standard 24-hour delivery is made between 9.00am and 6.00pm. Although we are able to request a pre 10am or pre-midday delivery if needed. There may be an extra charge for this service.
Your oak porch will be well packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard. It will arrive on a pallet in the components mentioned on the Installation Page.
